Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
SOLSTICEA ELIXIR PRIVATE LIMITED is pleased to offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option for orders across India. This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing our COD service to ensure a transparent and secure shopping experience for our customers.
1. Serviceability & Availability

Nationwide Coverage: The COD option is available for delivery to most pincodes across India.

Service Limitations: Some remote locations or conflict zones may be deemed unserviceable for COD. In such cases, customers will be required to use a prepaid payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI) available on our website.

Pincode Verification: Customers can verify COD availability for their specific pincode on the product, shopping cart, or checkout page. We apologize for any inconvenience if your pincode is not serviceable.
2. COD Handling Fee

A non-refundable handling fee of ₹75.00 INR will be applied to all orders placed using the COD payment option. This fee covers the additional costs associated with cash handling and processing.
3. Order Confirmation & Processing

Order Confirmation: All COD orders are subject to verification. After an order is placed, you will receive an automated call or message to confirm your purchase. An order will only be processed after it has been successfully confirmed.

Cancellation due to Non-Confirmation: If an order is not confirmed within 24 hours of receiving the verification communication, SOLSTICEA ELIXIR PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to automatically cancel the order.

Order Limits: A maximum of three (3) COD orders can be placed by a single customer in one day.
4. Payment Terms

The total order amount must be paid in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

Payment must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

The package can be opened only after the full payment has been made to the courier. Partial delivery or payment is not permitted.
5. Cancellation, Returns, and Refused Deliveries

Cancellation: An order can be cancelled by the customer only before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order status is updated to "Shipped," it cannot be cancelled.

Refused Delivery: If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order at the time of delivery, it will be considered a policy violation. SOLSTICEA ELIXIR PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to disable the COD payment option for any customer with a history of refusing delivery. The non-refundable COD handling fee and any applicable shipping charges will still be liable.

Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the customer receives a wrong or damaged product. To initiate a return, the issue must be reported to our support team within two (2) business days of order delivery.
6. Mandatory Conditions for Returns
A return request will only be processed if the following conditions are met. Returns will not be initiated if:

A clear and unedited unboxing video, showing the package being opened and the product's condition, is not provided as evidence.

The product shows any signs of being used or altered.

The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse by the customer.

The original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies, and other accessories, is missing or damaged.

The request is initiated after two (2) business days from the date of delivery.

The item in question was a free product provided by the brand.
7. Refund Policy for COD Orders

Refunds are not automatically applicable to COD orders.

In the case of a valid and approved return (for a wrong or damaged product), the refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit. Refunds will not be issued in cash. The customer will be required to provide bank account details for the transfer.

The COD handling fee of ₹75.00 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
8. General Provisions

SOLSTICEA ELIXIR PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify this COD policy at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to disable the COD option for any user or pincode at our sole discretion.
