  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch from our warehouse.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation for Prepaid Orders

  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • No cancellation or refund will be applicable once the order has been shipped.
