1. Non-Refundable Category

Perfumes fall under the category of non-refundable products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

RETURN/EXCHANGE IS ONLY APPLICABLE IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT.

  • Our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • Not liking the fragrance will not be considered a valid reason for return or exchange.

  • If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Unboxing Video Requirement

For damaged or missing items, we require an unboxing video (recorded while opening the package) as proof to process your return claim.

5. Damages & Issues

We request you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution at the earliest.

6. Refund & Deduction Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
  • A ₹450 deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover return shipping and handling charges.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

  • Customers opting for Partial COD must pay a portion of the total amount as an advance payment.
  • The Partial COD amount is non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, covering shipping and handling costs.
  • By selecting Partial COD, the customer agrees to these terms and confirms their commitment to receiving the order.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the item first. Once the return is accepted, a new order must be placed separately.

 

 

6. No Refunds for Free Products

Products offered as free gifts or promotional items on our website are not eligible for returns or refunds.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
